it's an iconic hotel with well heated rooms. the staff is fairly friendly, makes sure that the place is clean. the services are superb, including an excellent pool. convenient to have a bar in the reception.

The scenery around here was amazing, and the staff at the second desk were super friendly and helpful. 🌿 the view of the garden was absolutely stunning, and the room itself was gorgeous and beautiful.

The location of the hotel is truly breathtaking, situated alongside the Thames and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The rooms are luxurious and well-appointed, with marble bathrooms and stunning views. The service is exceptional, with attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The breakfast and other meals are outstanding, with delicious food and a wide variety of options to choose from. The spa is also a highlight, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
There were some instances of lacking communication and inconsistent service, which can be improved upon in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast choices were superb, with a wide range of cooked and cold buffet items. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality bedding. The bathroom had great water pressure for the shower and was warm, thanks to the piping hot towel rail and underfloor heating. The views from our room were lovely, and we enjoyed the spacious walk-in wardrobe and the beautiful antique furniture and artworks. The hotel was also very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. The walks around the property were amazing, making our visit even more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at this iconic hotel. The staff, especially Becky on the front desk, were incredibly helpful and kind, giving me five-star treatment. The Buckingham Suite I stayed in was outstanding, with a rich history to discover. The hotel's extensive and beautiful grounds provided fabulous long walks, and the location offered easy access to transportation. The breakfast was delicious, with beautiful views and a delightful Pineapple rum cake. The staff throughout the hotel were attentive and friendly.

The hotel facilities were exceptional, with beautiful finishes throughout and genuine antiques in the rooms. The location of the hotel was wonderful, offering stunning views of the parterre from the breakfast restaurant. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a luxurious hotel for a few days. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the library where I could relax and enjoy a pre dinner drink. The room was incredibly comfortable, with a beautiful view from the window. The service provided by Becky on the front desk was exceptional, as she went above and beyond to ensure that I had a five-star experience. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. my time at the hotel was a truly memorable experience.
I did notice that the prices for drinks at the hotel were quite high.
